2019 Pocket Astrologer

  • Jim Maynard’s Pocket Astrologer®, now in its 46th year, is the most popular, most used astrological calendar in the world.

Pocket Astrologer includes a basic introduction to astrology. It gives easy-to-understand explanations for the Moon, including void of course information, and the influences of the Moon as it travels through the different zodiac signs and phases. The signs of the zodiac are described in detail, and a summary is given for each of the major planets and the influences of their interactions with each other.

Pocket Astrologer® also includes an ephemeris with tinted backgrounds that highlight when planets are retrograde. It also has a colorful chart of the motions of the planets, a table of sunrises and sunsets, details about eclipses during the year, meteor showers, a description of the meaning and influences of the Asteroids, and an asteroid ephemeris.

The square box for each date shows the Moon's sign, when it goes void-of-course, and when it changes signs. Below this information, the major aspects, planetary ingresses, and planetary stations are listed. Holidays and special events, such as meteor showers or Solstices and Equinoxes. Times given are adjusted for Daylight Saving Time, where appropriate.

The zodiac months are highlighted with a color-tinted background and the zodiac illustrations are in full color.

Pocket Astrologer® includes January and February 2020, an abbreviated ephemeris next to each zodiac illustration in addition to the full ephemeris on pages following the calendar pages, a table of sunrises and sunsets, and a chart blank.

  • How to find your bracelet size:

Measure between your wrist bone and hand with a tape measure or string. This is your actual wrist size, not your bracelet size. Add to your wrist size in order to find out your approximate bracelet size (usually by adding a ½-¾ inch). The more you add to your wrist size the looser your bracelet will fit, allowing for more movement.

    • For a snug fit: add ¼-½ inch
    • For a more average fit: add ¾-1 inch
    • For a loose fit: add an inch or more

How to find your necklace size:

The most accurate way to find your desired length, use a string to mimic the desired length. Then add ½ - 1 inch to give some room for the beads. Longer sizes are available, please contact us for more information.
